I wish I knew what the instrument/building is called. While there is a primary 'board' with which to create sounds, what you see in this image is Peter with his hands on the shutter type things...and I tell you what, those make some sounds depending on the ferocity use in opening and closing them!! Note the tv screen at the top...It is an oscillator that shows the sounds as they are being made.
