(Mary Catherine Rollo ~ Photographic Arts) — Thu, 08 Oct 2026 00:00:00 GMT

]]>Hello! If you would like to order a print, a "best fit" size or two will be offered in small print sizes and also in larger print sizes.
The 8x10 and 8x12 prints are the same price. That is in case it is a larger group in the photograph and the extra length is needed so no one gets cropped off on the ends!
You also have the option to frame your photograph so it is ready to hang when you receive it.
The large ghosted copyright symbol will not be on your finished print. A photo CD is available for purchase if you would like all of the documentation of the evening.
Please contact me with any questions.
Happy Mardi Gras!!

XENAPALOOSA II at The Shop

(Mary Catherine Rollo ~ Photographic Arts) — Thu, 08 Oct 2026 00:00:00 GMT

]]>During the time Lucy Lawless (Xena, Warrior Princess) was in Shreveport, LA, while on the cast of "Salem", she hosted two fantastic parties. Both, Xenapaloosa I and II, were held at the venue The Shop.
I have never photographed a more genuine person, that happened to be a celebrity, than Lucy Lawless. I watched person after person approach Lucy for selfie photos and not once was she anything but welcoming and warm. Absolutely delightful!

Airheart, Krewe of Centaur Parade, 2014

(Mary Catherine Rollo ~ Photographic Arts) — Thu, 08 Oct 2026 00:00:00 GMT

]]>Laissez les bons temps rouler!

This gallery contains images from the Krewe of Centaur Mardi Gras Parade day. This year, instead of riding on the float with Airheart for the entire time, I hopped on for the last half. While the idea sounded good, have you tried to park in an area close to a parade route once it started?! It was fun though. I walked a while down the parade route to intercept their band float. So, you will see photographs of the characters and party atmosphere that is a part of the Louisiana Mardi Gras!!!
